Step 1: Book Your Rack - Learn How To Book A Rack Here

a. Use our preferred online booking system, Zellr, to secure a rack for your desired duration.

b. Find pricing information here.

Step 2: Create Your Account - Learn How To Create An Account Here

a. Click on "Create New Account" here, or sign in if you are a returning customer.

b. Fill out your information via the Zellr form, ensuring to note your login details.

c. If you encounter any issues creating your account, reach out to us here.

Step 3: Add Bank Details

a. After creating your account, input your bank details into the system for payment processing (within 10 days after the final booking day).

Step 4: Book Your Rack

a. Click "Reserve a Place" and choose from three options: large, medium, or small.

b. Double-check your start day at the top of the grid.

c. Select your preferred green tile and make a normal reservation.

d. Add 7, 14 or 21 days in the period type box, review the details, agree to the terms and conditions, and press "Make Reservation."

e. Proceed to the payment screen, make your payment, and receive two notifications – one upon booking and another three days before your reservation with additional information.

Step 5: Create Price Tags

a. After booking and payment, check your email for a step-by-step guide on pricing your items.

b. Alternatively, access the guide here.

Step 6: Bring Your Clothes In

a. On your rental start date, visit during staffed hours, preferably in the morning.

b. Allow 30-60 minutes for setup; our team will assist in attaching price tags and provide necessary items.

Step 7: Track Your Sales

a. Monitor live sales through Zellr.

b. Replace sold items with new garments during your rental period.

c. For price adjustments, inform our staff for assistance.

Step 8: Collect Your Unsold Clothes

a. On your final rental day, gather your items during staffed hours.

b. Consider packing up towards the end of the day to maximise your rental period; allow 20 - 30 minutes for this.

Step 9: Get Paid

a. Expect your profits (minus a 10% service fee) to be deposited into your nominated bank account within 10 days of completing your rack rental.
